Umbrella Company Compliance

Here at Clarity, umbrella company compliance is one of the things at the top of our list!

Founded in late 2019; and after one year in business, in 2020 we were so pleased to have been successfully audited by BDO for tax purposes and by JMW Solicitors for employment purposes, confirming our compliance with HMRC guidelines and current legislation. We then successfully achieved FCSA accreditation in 2021, again in 2022, and in 2023. In 2024, we are so pleased to have achieved our FCSA certification again, and to announce that our MD has been voted in as a Member’s Council Board Member, to show our commitment to this industry.

In April 2025, we have once again received our accreditation with no queries, feedback from the assessors was as follows:

“Overall, the common theme of feedback was that Clarity Umbrella was a very well-run and compliant company.”
